Responsibilities & Context:
∎ A reputed multinational organization, is seeking an experienced HR and Admin Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Laws, exceptional organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage HR and administrative functions effectively in a dynamic environment.
∎ Key Responsibilities
∎ • HR Compliance: Ensure HR practices align with UAE Labor Laws and other relevant regulations.
∎ • Employee Management: Handle recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and employee relations.
∎ • Administrative Operations: Manage daily administrative tasks, including maintaining records and ensuring smooth office operations.
∎ • Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce company policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations.
∎ • Visa & Work Permits: Oversee visa processing, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring accurate documentation.
∎ • Business Licensing: Assist in renewing and updating trade licenses and other permits for operations.
∎ • Conflict Resolution: Address employee grievances and mediate disputes as per company policies.
∎ • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of employee data and prepare business reports.
∎ • Training & Development: Organize training sessions and workshops to foster employee growth and compliance.
