Job Responsibilities:
∎ Report to duty before 10 minutes.
∎ Upon arrival on duty report in clean uniforms first to supervisor for instructions.
∎ To be present by 8:00 am onwards and ensure supply of water, disposable glasses, tissue box, towel, liquid soap, paste, tooth brush, soap, shampoo, newspaper to all patients' rooms. Same time to collect all dirty linens.
∎ Collect newspaper from admin office and distribute to the floors accordingly.
∎ Ensure cleaning servicing of patients room according to the in house occupancy list.
∎ Ensure cleaning of public area, corridors, and pantries keep clean at all the times as per UHL Standard.
∎ Make inventory report to superior for any missing items from patients room such as wall clock, TV remote etc. for discharged patient rooms.
∎ Discharged rooms to be cleaned by PCS staff then HK attendant has to be clean thoroughly as per UHL standard.
∎ Ensure all the vacant rooms are clean and tidy at all the times as per UHL standard.
∎ Make maintenance report daily and take corrective actions.
∎ Ensure any special and additional service to the patient's rooms such as cleaning or shifting of furniture etc.
∎ Collecting clean linens from the linens room/Laundry.
∎ Collecting cleaning materials /patients supplies from store.
∎ Ensure using cleaning materials as instructed and keep it in good condition.
∎ Ensure any lost and found from patient room immediately inform to your supervisor.
∎ Attend daily staff training /briefing.
∎ On delivery of kit bag to the patient .get the signature by the patient attendant our register book and write your name clearly.
∎ Carry out any other duties as instructed by superior.
∎ Service tea/coffee/flowers to the designated VIP rooms.
∎ Strictly prohibited: To give his keys to any unauthorized person, remove any patients belonging from his room, to received or ask for any tips from patient.
∎ Any other job assigned by authorized superior

∎ Proven ability to work independently and working together with other colleagues
