Reports To: Homeowner.

Job Summary: The House Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the household by supervising staff, managing schedules, maintaining budgets and coordinating all aspects of property upkeep and operations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee household staff including hiring, scheduling and performance management.
• Maintain household inventory, supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate property maintenance, repairs and vendor services.
• Manage budgets, bill payments and household accounts.
• Organize events, guest stays and family travel arrangements.
• Ensure household security, safety and confidentiality.
