Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise daily administrative operations of the Hospital
∎ Monitor expenses and suggest cost-effective alternatives
∎ Monitor customer service, billing & reception, pharmacy, IPD, OPD and emergency to provide smooth service to all patients, improving service delivery.
∎ Monitor marketing team for related activities and drive them towards achieving objectives
∎ Monitor procurement for indent and ensure procurement of all necessary hospital materials and equipment
∎ To arrange Specialists/Doctors/Nurses/Technologists, as and when needed. Manage the team of Physicians and ensure that other clinical staffs are complying with the organization policies when providing care
∎ To promote formal consultations and other engagement activities that will potentially have an impact on services as and when these arise
∎ To develop, promote and scrutinize plans, projects, budgets and services that would benefit Hospital
∎ Lead development of vision and goals and effectively communicate/engage staff to up keep their skill levels, improve and adjoin additional skills through regular team activities, trainings
∎ Resolve potential issues with patients
∎ Ensure the hospital runs efficiently and makes the most of available resources

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years Working experience in any reputed Hospital
