Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily hospital operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments
∎ Supervise non-clinical staff, including HR, finance, housekeeping, and front desk
∎ Ensure compliance with health, safety, legal, and accreditation standards
∎ Manage budgets, billing systems, and resource allocation efficiently
∎ Coordinate between clinical and non-clinical teams for patient-centric care
∎ Monitor hospital infrastructure, maintenance, and facility management
∎ Handle patient grievances and ensure quality service delivery
∎ Support recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff
∎ Implement hospital policies and strategic plans set by senior management
∎ Generate operational reports and assist in decision-making processes
