Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales and Customer Service:
∎ Lead the sales team in achieving and exceeding sales targets for gold jewelry.
∎ Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting the
∎ perfect gold jewelry pieces and offering product knowledge.
∎ Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to foster loyalty and
∎ repeat business.
∎ Address customer concerns and inquiries with professionalism and tact.
∎ Team Leadership:
∎ Recruit, train, and onboard new sales associates to ensure a knowledgeable and
∎ customer-focused team.
∎ Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to the sales team, promoting a
∎ positive and collaborative work environment.
∎ Set performance goals for team members and conduct regular performance
∎ evaluations.
∎ Inventory Management:
∎ Monitor inventory levels and ensure a well-stocked and organized gold jewelry
∎ section.
∎ Collaborate with suppliers to source new gold jewelry designs and maintain a
∎ diverse and attractive product range.
∎ Implement effective inventory control measures to minimize shrinkage and loss.
∎ Visual Merchandising:
∎ Work closely with the visual merchandising team to create visually appealing
∎ displays that highlight the beauty and uniqueness of our gold jewelry collection.
∎ Ensure that jewelry displays are regularly updated to reflect current trends and
∎ promotions.
∎ Operational Efficiency:
∎ Oversee daily operations of the gold jewelry department, including opening and
∎ closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols.
∎ Collaborate with the store management to develop and implement effective sales
∎ strategies and promotional campaigns.
∎ Quality Assurance:
∎ Maintain high standards of quality for all gold jewelry products, ensuring they
∎ meet company and industry standards.
∎ Conduct regular quality checks to identify and resolve any issues with product
∎ integrity or presentation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years

∎ Experience:
∎ Proven track record of success in jewelry sales, particularly in the gold jewelry
∎ segment.
∎ Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role within a jewelry store or

∎ Familiarity with inventory management, merchandising, and sales strategies

∎ Skills:
∎ Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate
