∎ Job Description:
∎ We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy & Light Diesel Technician / Hydraulic Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy and light diesel vehicles, as well as hydraulic systems and equipment.
∎
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in diesel engines and heavy/light machinery.
∎ • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on diesel engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems.
∎ • Inspect and test vehicle systems to ensure proper functionality.
∎ • Repair and replace faulty components such as pumps, motors, cylinders, valves, and hoses.
∎ • Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency.
∎ • Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
∎ • Ensure all work is completed following safety standards and regulations.
∎ • Maintain accurate service records and reports.

∎ Requirements:
∎ • Diploma or certification in Diesel Mechanics, Hydraulic Systems, or a related field.
∎ • Proven experience as a diesel technician or hydraulic mechanic, preferably in heavy machinery or automotive industries.
∎ • Strong knowledge of diesel engines, fuel systems, transmissions, and hydraulic components.
∎ • Ability to use diagnostic tools and repair equipment efficiently.
∎ • Familiarity with safety procedures and compliance standards.
∎ • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
∎ • Physically fit and able to work in challenging conditions.
