Educational Requirements:
∎ An MBBS degree is a must.
∎ A post-graduation degree preferably in business administration will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position will be involved with multiple functions and projects going on at a time so he /she must be well organized and able to meet deadlines and manage time efficiently.
∎ He /she must posses excellent communication / delegation and coordination skills since he/she will be involve in putting together the project liaising with many different units inside and outside of the organization.
∎ The medical staffs / doctors will often come to this position with their concerns so he /she must be an active listener and a problem solver.
∎ Good analytical skills will assist the Health Administrator with creating reports, presenting data and evaluating trends
∎ He / she will be discussing matters as medical procedures and fee payment with staff and patients. They must be able to communicate in a clear and effective manner both in writing and verbally.
∎ He/she will be spending much of their workday using technology to communicate, create reports and determine trends, they should have experience with basic technology and programs. IT skills should be excellent.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 48 years
∎ Experience in working for a Kidney Dialysis center will be given preference.
∎ Experience in working with a healthcare facility that has multinational exposure will be given preference.
Salary: Negotiable
