∎ MBBS
∎ Master of Public Health or Master of Health Economics preferred

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Contract Duration till: 31 December 2025
∎ Band: 4T

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years in relevant occupational experience with international exposure (or 10 years at the country level) in the development cooperation sector
∎ 3 years of professional experience and in conducting trainings related to improvements in provision of medical services
∎ in depth knowledge of human and labour law standards and compliance at company level and in global supply chains, especially in the RMG industry
∎ knowledge of GIZ's instruments and procedures as well as experience in communication with federal ministries/ policy advice and in cooperation with other donors would be an asset
∎ ability to work well under pressure and must be a strong team player
∎ must have good interpersonal and communication skills
∎ fluency in English is essential
∎ ability to work in an intercultural environment
∎ good organizational skills and management expertise
∎ strong quantitative skills
∎ willingness to upskill as required by the tasks to be performed – corresponding measures are agreed with management
