∎ Age 40 to 55 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible to lead the entire workshop including Servicing, Administration, Accounts, Marketing, Customer Service etc.·
∎ Manage the workshop and ensuring high quality business activities with maximum effort.
∎ Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline workshop operations.·
∎ Ensuring the achievement of daily/monthly service target.·
∎ Ensuring customer satisfaction by proper servicing the vehicles.·
∎ Evaluate the periodic performance of Engineers/Workers to utilize their effort efficiently.·
∎ Increasing corporate customer by proper corporate marketing.·
∎ Screening, recruiting and training new Engineers/Workers.·
∎ Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.·
∎ Ensuring and maintaining the renewal of all type of Workshop License and other required govt. documents properly.·
∎ Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.·
∎ Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether it is maintain quality standards.·
∎ Ensure that the team understands that the workshop profits and achievements are reflected in all its operations and activities– including relationships and risk management·
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when required as per management requirement from time to time.
