∎ 15 to 30 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Ability to Work Under Pressure, Civil Engineering, Construction Estimating, EGP Tendering Expert, Microsoft Excel, MICROSOFT OFFICE, Project Costing, Tender bidding, Tender Documents, Tender Preparation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Overseas Companies

Job Context:
∎ This will be a Permanent Contractual role

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading an effective team of qualified and experienced tender managers, keeping track of all future infrastructure tenders
∎ Proven Experience in successful bidding of GOB, ADB, JICA and WB funded projects.
∎ Responsible for Estimation of Price bid for Road/Highway, Bridge, Building, Airport, Railway, PowerPlants and any other types of Civil Infrastructure projects.
∎ Preparation of Pre-qualification (PQ) documents for the tenders; Projecting the Project Risk analysis and Formulating the Bid strategy; Conducting the Project Site visit and analysing the availability of Labour, Material, Plant
∎ Performing Business Development works with Employer/Clients/Project Authority, and local or international project consultants; Must always make sure that the Company is always maintaining a thorough and clear professional communication
∎ Monitoring the timely Bill or IPC (Interim Payment Certificate) collection of Existing Infrastructure Projects
∎ Detailed review of Tender documents: Technical bid, Specification, Price bid (BOQ) enquiry, Submittal & Drawings.
∎ Preparing Tender Documents, Create Technical & Financial documents, Tender Submission, Pre-bid Meeting attendance
∎ Pre-contract Estimation / Costing / Budgeting; Preparation of Construction Program & Planning
∎ Preparation of Bid in complete respect: Techno commercial bid, Price bid, submittals etc. for Management review & approval.
∎ E-GP (online) Tendering: Searching Tender Notice from e-GP, industry networks & other sources
∎ Purchasing Tender documents, Studying Tender Data Sheet (TDS) & necessary clause of Tender Schedule
∎ Fill up the e-GP form & BOQ, Enclosing/Mapping documents as per requirement; Encrypting all e-GP form after checking properly.
∎ Accepting NOA, submission performance security, contract agreement preparation and other necessary works (if awarded)
∎ Manual Tendering: Document purchasing, preparation, timely submission and follow up of all PQ, RFQ, EOI
∎ Draft Bank guarantee (BID Bond/Performance Security), Letter of Credit Commitment /Facilities and bill assignment documents
∎ Maintain and update contractual records, changes, status reports, and other information
∎ Monitor contract compliance with established procedures, Ensure all contracts are signed and delivered to relevant parties
∎ Work with other teams, such as finance or legal; Ensure the organization's internal contract documents are accurate and well maintained
∎ Additional works: Letter drafting (Bengali/English/Other languages), Drafting Joint Venture (JV) Agreement, Power of Attorney, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), Consortium Agreement and other documents.
