Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/M.Sc degree in mechanical engineering or mechanical engineering technology
∎ from (BUET/CUET/RUET/KUET)
∎ Proven working experience in mechanical engineering
∎ Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Installation/ Erection, Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, Operation & Maintenance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain of all manufacturing machineries, Sub-Station, Gas Generator, HT & LT Panel, Air Compressor (10 Bar), Boiler (3.5 ton) and ensure optimum production of factory.
∎ Control and maintain the Operational Breakdown adherence to plan ensure the plant availability keeping production target achieved.
∎ Maintenance & troubleshooting of Flour, Snacks, Biscuits, Chanachur, Chips, Bakery, Noodles, Water & Cake Plant and ensure continuous production of all plant
∎ Identify & implement various measures to improve the efficiency of the machineries.
∎ Provide utility & maintenance related required support to the production & other concern team.
∎ maintain proper documents for ISO and other auditor and good knowledge about preventive maintenance.
∎ Regular monitoring all Electrical equipment & systems, Take proper initiative on overall maintenance & troubleshooting of Flour, Snacks, Biscuits, Chanachur, Chips, Bakery, Noodles, Water & Cake Plant.
∎ Frequently work on Process Machineries, Electrical Panel, PLC & PLC Panel, Sensors, HMI, Inverter, VFD, Servo Motor, Servo Drive etc.
∎ Maintain spare parts, Prepare schedule and ensure the Preventive maintenance.
∎ Instant support to breakdown period and ensure the smooth operation.
∎ Implement 5S, KAIZEN and others modification & development work of the Plant.
∎ Prepare & maintain the SOP, log sheet and Check list of different Machineries.
∎ planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance
∎ organize & supervising all mechanical feeder, technical staff, helper for daily maintenance schedule.
∎ managing budgets
∎ ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
∎ creating maintenance procedures
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Must have sound & strong knowledge in maintenance work & servicing i.e. fault finding of machine, generator, Blower, motor, compressor etc.
∎ Effective technical skills

∎ Verbal and written communication skills
