E-commerce, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and execution of delivery management.
∎ Delivery agent timing schedule/product pickup and delivery, policy making.
∎ To monitor pickup, delivery and dispatch system.
∎ To monitoring card payment system and receive card payment of customers.
∎ To develop idea back-end admin panel and share delivery app development idea.
∎ To contact with customer care executive regularly to solve every kind of delivery problem, product problem and complaint.
∎ Close all kind of (shipment by) pending orders and submit accounts on a monthly basis.
∎ Collecting COD, panel update and clearing account daily.
∎ To ensure delivered large amount of product delivery and timely delivery.
∎ Overlooking dispatch system daily and solving every kind of product dispatch problem.
∎ Maintaining delivery boys bike servicing and paper work (police case).
∎ Monitoring logistic, Inventory and store team.
∎ Regular Monitoring and reconciliation of all 3rd party delivery companies.
∎ Return product that are submitted to respective seller segment wise and maintain seller reconciliation.
∎ Monitoring all kind of logistics work and logistics team members.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Sound knowledge about inventory management of E-commerce.
∎ Sound knowledge about barcode management.
∎ Minimum 04 years working experience as a logistics team lead at any Bangladeshi e-commerce.
∎ Interested to work in factory location.
∎ Must have sound knowledge about manage delivery team with minimum 50 people.
∎ Have to keep sound knowledge about delivery app management /new idea generation.
∎ Good relation with 3PL courier will get preference.
∎ Must have good command on spoken both English & Bengali.
∎ Should have leadership skill and self-motivation skill.
∎ Excellent analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Should have good knowledge on computer, especially MS Office and different types of software base work.
Salary: Negotiable
