Educational Requirements:
∎ An ideal candidate should come with at least 15 years of experience, including 10-12 years in execution of supply chain and leadership role experience with an MBA in Operations/Supply Chain degree a must for this role.
∎ The person must exhibit strong commercial and contractual awareness and excellent negotiation skills.
∎ Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with staff, clients, and vendors are essential, also should have led a team of a minimum of 20 people.
∎ FMCG is the most preferred industry.
∎ Skills Required: ERP Skill, Infor SCM, Logility, Oracle SCM, SAP

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Logistics Management, supply chain management, Supply Chain Planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute supply chain strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives to drive cost-efficiency and process improvement initiatives.
∎ Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and agreements to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply chain.
∎ Lead demand forecasting efforts in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
∎ Develop demand planning processes to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory.
∎ Oversee inventory management to balance stock levels with customer demand.
∎ Manage and optimize the logistics network, including transportation and warehousing also ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery to customers and distribution centers.
∎ Implement best practices and technology solutions for efficiency gains.
∎ Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing supply chain team and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
∎ Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including disruptions and delays.
∎ Develop and maintain contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
∎ Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
∎ Generate regular supply chain performance reports for senior management and also provide data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Certified Purchasing Professional
∎ Certified Supply Chain Professional
∎ Certified in Production and Inventory Management
∎ Certificate in Materials Management
∎ Knowledge in Theory of Constraints (TOC), Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma
∎ Detail-oriented and organized
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication
∎ Excellent interpersonal and negotiation
∎ Strong supervisory and leadership
∎ Analytical and problem-solving
