Supply Chain
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy.
∎ Collaborate with Marketing, Production and Account & Finance teams.
∎ Determine key supply chain KPIs.
∎ Suggest solutions for process improvements.
∎ Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner.
∎ Provide constructive feedback.
∎ Work with finance, Merchandising and Production team to determine best vendors and distributors.
∎ Build and maintain good relationships with vendors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Good Negotiating Skills.
∎ Must have modern methods of vendor sourcing.
∎ Can work comfortably in ERP environment.
∎ Highly innovative, energetic and team player.
∎ A man of personality as it’s a senior position with targeted responsibilities.
