Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Actec (একটেক) Engineering Ltd. is looking a visionary and charismatic leader for Construction & Tender Business.
∎ Minimize Cost and maximize Profit.
∎ Have to understand the construction & Tender business.
∎ Have to understand BOQ according to the design and drawing.
∎ Have to prepare feasibility study of a project according to BOQ, raw materials cost and other overhead cost.
∎ Have to prepare an offer Letter as a Quotation to submit client as per there requirements.
∎ Communicate and Maintain Relationship & Negotiating with clients for Quotation purpose.
∎ Ensure that all Quotation submitted timely and notify to the Managing Director & CEO of the company accordingly.
∎ Looking for upcoming constructions project and tenders in different area of the country.
∎ Collect Drawing, Design of upcoming construction projects and any other requirement of clients.
∎ Have to achieve Yearly Revenue Target.
