∎ Diploma in Civil
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, Computer skill

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare BOQ according to design and estimate costing as per BOQ for Quotation submission.
∎ Prepare feasibility study of a project according to BOQ, raw materials cost and other overhead cost.
∎ Prepare a offer Letter as a Quotation to submit client as per there requirement.
∎ Communicate and Maintain Relationship & Negotiating with clients for Quotation purpose.
∎ Ensure that all Quotation submitted timely and notify the operations department of the company accordingly.
∎ Looking for upcoming constructions project and tenders in different area of Dhaka City.
∎ Collect Drawing, Design of upcoming construction projects and any other requirement of clients.
∎ Able to make necessary communications with Contractor, Foreman and labor also.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
