Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Civil Engineering or Architecture (B. Arch)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the clients’ requirements and achieving their satisfactory level through innovative design and ideas.
∎ Preparing design options and ideas as per project requirements
∎ Lead the architects and renovation team in interior design and implementation in MNC offices, Shops and Showrooms.
∎ Handover the projects and close the deal with clients.
∎ Detail working knowledge of construction project management with planning, budgeting, organizing, monitoring and controlling.
∎ Sound knowledge and capabilities of delivering structural design and BoQ of building for foundation, superstructure & finishing work.
∎ Prepares plans and specifications for small remodeling, alteration and construction projects and supervises minor construction or building alteration projects accordingly.
∎ Coordinates and assists in coordinating building maintenance activities with other departments, divisions and sections and keeps associated records and prepares reports.
∎ Inspects buildings for safety hazards, maintenance needs and disability access requirements etc. and develop objectives, policies, procedures and work standards.
∎ Participates in the selection, training, motivation and monitoring employee performance objectives and evaluation of staff.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Detailed working knowledge of AutoCAD, E-tab & STAAD Pro etc.
∎ Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint etc.
∎ Familiar with 3D max, REVIT, Sketch up, Photoshop, illustrators etc.

Salary: Negotiable
