Job Context:
∎ CQC passed vehicles out put up to 99% of PPI & PDI.
∎ To increase the straight pass of 2w 90% & 3w 99%.
∎ To workout no of defect matrix per 100 vehicles.
∎ Maintain straight pass up to 99% in Assembly shop, welding shop, press shop, paint shop & 3w shop.
∎ To bring down PDI warranty by 10000 PPM (Parts per million).
∎ To established incoming inspection process.
∎ To established the process inspection of export vehicles.
∎ Study & analysis of PDI failure component & defining for improvement.
∎ To provide idea through the idea portal.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look-after the quality issue and prepare reports that portray the technical flaws of motorcycle.
∎ Monitor the welding quality of chassis and other components like Chassis, rear fork, side-stand, main-stand, foot-peg etc.
∎ Monitor the painting process to assure required quality.
∎ Examine the sub-assembly line, PPI and QC process regarding to quality and suggest for improvement.
∎ Monitor by comp. QC to provide the quality of components before production.
∎ Work with assembly section to provide motorcycle as per delivery demand with the consent of authority.
∎ Prepare report of technical problem model wise and attend meeting with authority to recover that problem.
∎ Ensure good quality product by concern dept. to check the CKD & balance components by pre-shipment in China and prepare QC report.
∎ Consult with General Manager & MD&CEO about the activities and problems of CQC and submit the report.
∎ Submission of Daily/Weekly visiting/Activity report to the General Manager & MD&CEO.
∎ Any other job as and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years exposure in Managerial position.
∎ Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams.
∎ Strong oral and written communications skills.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
∎ Capable of managing quality control in the plant
∎ Prepare and produce necessary reports to the authority time to time.
∎ Travel frequently all over the country is required.
