Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop & implement the quality standards according to the GMP requirements.
∎ Ensure product quality assurance as per company GMP standard.
∎ Ensure quality control inspections on production line for bulk production i.e Mixing, Filling, and Secondary Packaging & FG.
∎ Implementing testing methodologies and statistical analysis techniques to evaluate RM, PM & product performance, reliability, and durability before new product launching.
∎ Maintaining detailed records of quality tests (analytical & microbial), inspections, validation, calibration, and audits. Generating reports summarizing quality issues and recommending corrective actions.
∎ Design training for quality control staff in testing protocols, quality standards, and inspection techniques and ensuring continuous improvement through employee development programs.
∎ Keep focus in investigating customer complaints and internal quality issues. Leading root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
∎ Ensuring compliance with local, national, and international quality standards and regulations relevant to the industry.
∎ Identifying potential risks to product quality and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
∎ Leading the quality control team, providing guidance, feedback, and mentoring. Setting goals and objectives for the department aligned with overall business objectives.
∎ Staying abreast of advancements in quality control technology and methodologies. Implementing new tools and techniques to enhance quality assurance processes.
∎ Have sound knowledge about QMS i.e ISO, GMP and other regulatory issues.
∎ Have good knowledge of all necessary testing is carried out both pre-production and post-production.
