Job Responsibilities:
∎ Define quality standard and develop policy and procedures according to the quality standard
∎ Act as a catalyst for change and improvement of work quality and quantity of materials as per BOQ
∎ Monitor the overall progress of construction inspections to ensure adherence to the quality assurance program as well as address and implement quality assurance processes
∎ Lead the team to perform quality assurance audit of varied complexities and report out findings
∎ Advise relevant stakeholders to adopt corrective actions as required by quality standards
∎ Guide the team to specify quality requirements of raw materials to suppliers
∎ Visit project sites track and analyze critical error trends regarding materials and quality of work
Additional Requirements:
∎ Demonstrated skill in QA audits in real estate/construction
∎ In-depth understanding about construction materials and project works
∎ Critical thinking and influencing skills
∎ People leadership
∎ Coordination and collaboration skills
∎ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
