∎ M. Pharm from Reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 18 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and implement the quality strategy in order to ensure seamless processes across the GMP / Regulatory interfaces and maximize the quality and effectiveness and overall value of the quality operations.
∎ Authorizes all the new and revised documents SOPs / specications / SMF / QPM / VMP / BMR / BPR & method of analysis according to current compendia to ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines and archive.
∎ Ensure developing and maintaining GMP training plans, implement the training and monitored the training for effectiveness via the quality strategy group to achieve the robust process & capability development to meet the compliance & business requirements.
∎ Ensure to develop the overall quality audit plan (internal and external cGMP audit) in compliance investigations and timely follow up of all observations for a satisfactory conclusion.
∎ Ensure all types of the failure investigation i.e. OOS, OOT, deviation customer.
∎ Complaints etc. and act as a product recall process coordinator.
∎ Ensure and monitor all types of the Qualification, requalification, validation, Revalidation, APQR, Change Control, Risk Assessment, CAPA, & IPQA.
∎ Direct & take initiatives to achieve global regulatory certifications to enter global market and expand business globally.
∎ Ensure risk assessment for deviations, customer complaint, change control etc.
∎ To ensure effective and appropriate delegation of tasks and activities to the appropriate personnel.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Have good knowledge on cGMP Guidelines, QMS, Audit Management, Document Management etc.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Multi-disciplined/ Leadership ability/ Results oriented and hands on practice.
∎ Ability to write clean and concise reports /ability.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, achievement oriented, decision making, time & team management skill.
∎ Able to work in diversified environment.
