Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead, develop and implement project management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
∎ Collaborate with business leaders to translate strategic direction into a series of actionable, measurable initiatives to achieve both short-term and long-term goals and objectives.
∎ Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.
∎ Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
∎ Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to minimize project risks and ensure successful outcomes.
∎ Establish a consistent approach to oversight and performance reporting of largescale projects.
∎ Maintain oversight of live projects and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
∎ Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects.
∎ Reviewing plans for new stores or remodeling existing stores to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
∎ Oversee the allocation and utilization of project resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment.
∎ Ensure resource availability and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project management, incorporating relevant knowledge into project management processes at Master.
