Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to execute effective plan, implement & monitor of project activities.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to provide technical support for all jobs involved in the projects to the subordinate.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to ensure all works of projects are running as per program in consistent with working drawings.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to finalize the design and operational concepts, detailed layout plans, utility/services and architecture working with operational leads, consultants, service providers and stakeholders.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to oversee all functions of the project – Budgeting, procurement, construction, utilities, to ensure they are meeting the set expectation of the project goals including timelines.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to ensure all excess utility connections officially disconnected, all utility meters safe and secured, security post constructed, site office established with proper facilities, labor shed constructed with required facilities, safe and secured store for preserving materials.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to train the project team on assessment, quality control, progress monitoring & administration discipline to create satisfactory job environment.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to arrange & attend meeting with contractors & site personal to identify the issue to improve the project progress & quality for taking better initiative in all respect.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to estimate materials as per requisition in accordance with project budget as well as guideline and policies.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to compare time to time the actual work done against planned and take necessary action to maintain the work schedule of projects.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to keep record regarding Sites information, copy of approved plan and detail information.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to develop project plans and ensure plans are executed in a timely manner to meet project budgets and deadlines in order to achieve project objectives.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to ensure the project is developed with best-in-class standards, meeting all legal, Group and customer standards and expectations
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to manage the governance process pertaining to all Engineering and Capex related SOPs.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for carrying out risk assessment of the project.
∎ Any other tasks assign by the higher authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years in project management implementation role
∎ Knowledge on project management and construction with relevant exposure in machine commissioning
∎ Through knowledge on RSC, fire, electrical and building requirement
∎ Proven ability to solve problems creatively
∎ Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
∎ Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
∎ Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
Salary: Negotiable
