Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. Civil Engineering from BUET, RUET, CUET, KUET, AUST, IUT,MIST, SUST.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise site works including monitoring of work progress and control the work schedule properly.
∎ Take necessary action for rectifications/modifications works as claimed by the clients and agreed/ approved by SHL before/during project handover procedure time.
∎ Prepare/Review Bill of Quantity (Structural/Finishing/Sanitary/EME etc.) and obtain appropriate approval.
∎ Monitor, supervise and ensure project safety in line with the EHS guideline. Cooperate EHS team to conduct safety training, audit and implementation of corrective actions in a timely manner.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 8-10 years of work experience in the field of Real Estate/Construction industry.
