∎ Masters/ MBA (Major in Marketing/Operation Management/Supply Chain Management) from any reputed Public/ private university.
∎ Professional Training in Supply Chain Management will give an added advantage.

∎ 40 to 50 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
garments supply chain, Purchase/ Procurement, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibility for Purchasing, Cost Estimating activities, and contribute to overall business strategy and annual budget process.
∎ Ensure that purchasing strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of price, quality, and delivery targets.
∎ Negotiate contract terms with key suppliers to ensure value for money, quality standards, and delivery terms with technical and operational input from stakeholders if appropriate
∎ Provide leadership to departments under control. Coach, mentor and develop direct reports and manage a high performing team that delivers continuous improvement, added value, and cost reductions
∎ Set department objectives and monitor ongoing progress and performance
∎ Ensure strong communication between teams under leadership to facilitate the exchange of information and to implement change and improvements
∎ Maintain Vendor's assessment. Continuously developing a pool of good vendors and building a long-term sustainable relationship with them.
∎ Conduct a market survey regularly.
∎ Developing proper MIS for monitoring & control of all indents, Purchase orders, supplier performance, and circulating the same regularly.
∎ Responsible for managing relationships and negotiating with key suppliers at a senior and strategic level.
∎ Develop strong, functional relationships with key suppliers at home and abroad.
∎ Source potential suppliers regularly, Evaluating Suppliers' qualifications & proposals through comparative study and preparation of Purchase Orders.
∎ Ensure that all practices are consistent with company guidelines and regulations.

∎ Age 40 to 45 years
