Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from Public University (BUET, RUET, CUET, KUET).
∎ Skills Required: Communication skill, Excellent Presentation Skills, Excellent Reporting Skill, Good command over MS Office Package
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 13 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
BOQ, Civil Engineering, Cost Analysis, Factory Operation, Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Health Safety and Environment, QC & Compliance, Ready Mix Concrete
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Production:
∎ Innovate and add products to existing RMC-2 and CPCL product mix to satisfy ongoing and future product demand.
∎ Make sure optimum utilization of plant capacity.
∎ Ensure monthly production target as intended.
∎ Optimize resources and process to minimize cost.
∎ Product Quality:
∎ Ensure quality of products (right first-time products) within set parameters and specification by collaborating with quality and production team.
∎ Address the customers' complaints within shortest possible time without pending dissatisfaction.
∎ Electromechanical Maintenance
∎ Ensure Checklist for maintenance of every machine used in assigned business units (RMC-2 &CPCL).
∎ Implement preventive (scheduled) and predictive maintenance plan of all machines of assigned business units to achieve zero breakdown time.
∎ Monitor factory vehicle maintenance (delivery truck, drum truck, fork lift of Product Units) to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Production Materials, Spare Part Stock Condition and Risk Analysis:
∎ Keep close monitoring on production materials, spare parts stock condition for assigned business units and take necessary initiative to avoid any production and technical disruption.
∎ Control spare part and material consumptions to ensure cost effective maintenance activities and production.
∎ Technical Audit:
∎ Lead multi-projects technical audit team to carry out quarterly technical audits (IMS-Integrated Management Systems standard) with standardized checklists and report formats to ensure proper maintenance.
∎ Delivery
∎ Monitor the planning for product delivery & receive and execute so that the process completed timely.
∎ Confirm schedule of delivery with marketing department to ensure on time delivery and promote store efficiency.
∎ Process Improvement
∎ Identify the areas of improvement and cost savings and take initiatives to improve efficiency and control cost.
∎ Established a culture of continuous improvement (Kaizen and 5S) including the setup of processes and committees to learn and share best practices.
∎ Safety and Compliance
∎ Ensure sufficient precautionary & safety measures for pre-& post works/operations of production, electro-mechanical equipment & services and delivery to avoid any kind of accident.
∎ Ensure housekeeping of the factory locations for creating a congenial working place.
∎ Ensure factory compliance issues as required.
∎ Documentation
∎ Analyze the trend of production cost report and submit the report to Management.
∎ Monitor preserving updated maintenance logbook and checklist to keep track of the maintenance work and materials consumption.
∎ Ensure monthly spare part and material consumption report to keep track of usage and submit the report to Management.
∎ People Management
∎ Ensure (collaborate with HR Dept.) the right quantity and quality of staff are selected and deployed in the respective business units to delivery standard output.
∎ Ensure necessary technical training to empower the technical personnel to do their work effectively.
∎ Set targets, objectives and clear responsibilities for all supervised staff, progressively monitor individual performance against the agreed criteria and conduct formal appraisals in keeping with time frames.

∎ Age 35 to 55 years

∎ Skilled in Product Standard/ Specification
∎ Expertise on technical specification of machines
∎ Full concept of machines operating system
∎ Good knowledge in project planning and execution
∎ Good knowledge on PLC
∎ Sound knowledge on technical audit system
∎ Knowledge on lubrication, hydraulic, sub-station system, pneumatics system, frictional load related system
∎ Cost Analysis skills
∎ Working knowledge on Kaizen and 5S
∎ Reporting skill and Proposal writing skills
