Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall parts operation and commercial management. Job roles related to the export & import, Customs, Industrial & commercial business strategies, negotiation & finalize export documents, Bank documents preparation & submission etc.
∎ Prepare an operating plan with parts sales goal (Annual/Long Term/Mid Term/ Short Term) and budget accordingly
∎ In order to support the achievement of plans and budget for the parts department, lay out plan for sales, commercialization, advertisement and sales promotion and carry them out with approvals
∎ Operate the management system & operating procedures efficiently on time that should include- checking inventory, manage lost parts, carry out inventory control and handle back orders
∎ Continuously monitor the inventory level and minimize dead stock to ensure prompt parts availability
∎ Handle all the inquiries on parts from customers as requested in a timely manner
∎ Should have experience in the field of Import/Export through L/C Forwarding.
∎ Responsible for preparing documents as per L/C terms & conditions and follow up till the return of the documents value.
∎ Must have good knowledge regarding Bill of Lading and other shipping documents, about Bond License, Customs, C&F, Shipping lines, Bank Correspondence & other statutory authorities.
∎ Maintain proper liaison with Govt. Officials, C&F Agents, Concerned Agencies, Trade Bodies, Banks, Shipping Line, Insurance Companies, VAT department, production department, Transport Agents for Export & Import purpose etc.
∎ Check all Import/Export documents required at different levels (e.g. Commercial invoice, Packing List, Delivery Challan / Truck Receipt, Technical Literature, Country of Origin, other certificate).
∎ Import execution communicating all concern parties and maintain all related documentation till realization.
∎ Monitoring Invoice and Bill Payment.
∎ Parts demand forecasting and order placement with principal.
∎ Parts inventory control management and Warehouse management.
∎ Supplier finalization complying with organizational purchasing policy & Parts Dealer management.
∎ Developing & controlling parts sales plan, following – up sales terms and performance.
∎ ERP - Manage entire system especially SCM related financial entries. Closely work with F&A to fulfill regular requirements.
∎ Maintain proper liaison with different stakeholders & keep all the records & documents in an updated manner.
∎ Any other kind of task that management may require to be done.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound knowledge on LC opening, checking, verifying & amendment, Documents & record sheet preparing.
∎ Applicants must have experience in Import- Export work
∎ Sound knowledge on Government rules & regulations for commercial perspective
∎ Excellent Command in MS Office applications.
∎ Fluent in English reading, writing and speaking.
∎ Should be proactive, innovative and energetic.
∎ Strong communication & Interpersonal skills.
∎ Should have mentality to work beyond time frame.
∎ Should be well conversant in both verbal & email correspondences.
