∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 14 to 20 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project development, planning, design and construction
∎ Ensure cost control through inventory management
∎ Responsible for project feasibility study and reporting, project management, planning, Scheduling, budgeting etc
∎ Coordination with design consultants (Structural, Architectural, Electrical & Plumbing) for effective Implementation
∎ Preparing report on project status, progress status of project and preparing revised project schedule
∎ Leading and supervising the procurement team in sourcing/procuring of building/construction
∎ Coordination with corporate office construction management team and project management
∎ Team
∎ Total Project Planning (Work schedule, Manpower, Equipment Requirement etc) before start a new Project
∎ Preparing and implementing Site Implementation Plan (SIP)
∎ Preparation and implementation of project schedule as per targets set by Management
∎ Ensuring quality work, product and operational health & safety
∎ Monitoring the total the projects each and every stages such as pre-mobilization stages, Mobilization stages, substructures stages, superstructures stages, mass finishing stages, fine finishing stages, pre-handed over stages, post handed over stages
∎ Preparing report on project status, progress status of project and preparing revised project schedule
∎ Attend monthly project progress meeting.
∎ Meeting with different Sub-Contractor’s for smooth operation of the project.
∎ Renovation works of handed over projects
∎ Coordinate, liaise and uphold relationship with Client and Land Owner, Organizations & Banks for necessary legal and logistic Support
∎ Making monthly financial budget, comparative statement in between the budget and Consumption for the project
∎ Designing and implementation of training programs for technical and non-technical staff
∎ Ensuring Quality Control of construction works and construction materials
∎ Ensuring Satisfactory and Timely Completion of the projects
∎ Evaluating and supervising site staff members
∎ Performing any other tasks assigned by the Management as and when required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
