Job Context:
∎ HOD & in charge for the Ocean Product for the country organization.
∎ Manage & Responsible for the Ocean Product P&L

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Team player with proactive and professional approach to business
∎ Experience in Managing a P&L.
∎ Team like player with excellent leadership qualities to Manage and lead the Ocean Freight Department.
∎ Excellent Relationship with Carrier partners
∎ Good Market knowledge & intelligence
∎ Drive sustainable Ocean solutions along with procurement & pricing negotiations
∎ Familiar with systems & integration.
∎ Experience in ocean import/export/customs formalities & systems/consolidation & CFS operations
∎ Used to working in a compliant & structured organization with Regional & Global Teams
∎ Work closely and support the commercial teams to retain existing business as well as procure new business opportunities for the company.
∎ Lead a team and ensure seamless service towards customer satisfaction.
∎ Tender Management & RFQ preparation & submissions.
