Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee future planning, budget analysis, and implementation; ensure efficient manpower utilization and supervise progress.
∎ Monitor daily operations, evaluate field activities, and establish performance metrics.
∎ Manage service point relocation, renovation, expansion, and new establishment projects.
∎ Maintain effective communication with local stakeholders and channel partners.
∎ Approve and recommend actions for service point operations.
∎ Implement best practices and ensure continuous improvement through planning and data analysis.
∎ Introduce policies, provide instructions, and make timely decisions to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Maintain a proper chain of command and discipline to optimize team performance.
∎ Lead, inspire, and coordinate the team to foster motivation and responsibility.
∎ Organize regular team meetings, training, and professional development activities.
∎ Handle HR tasks, including employee evaluations, assessments, recommendations, disciplinary actions, and recruitment planning.
∎ Align team operations with organizational mission and vision; report to CSO and senior management.
