Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering from any reputed Public / ahsanullah /NSU/MIST Universities.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for scheduled maintenance of all machines and equipment of the company.
∎ To ensure preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment before any breakdown occurs.
∎ Responsible to ensure optimum utilization of energy (Water, Power, air, steam, gas, etc.) and measure units of utilities outsourced, produced, utilized and waste through monthly reporting.
∎ Prepare SOP for maintenance of plant & machinery and utility installation of the factory.
∎ Monitor & supervise all the utilities issues such as air compressor, diesel & gas generator, A/C drive, PLC, Chiller, Printing Machine, Circular Loom Machine, Tape Line, Lamination Machine, water pump, workshop, etc. Ensure proper monitoring & follow up routine for schedule maintenance. Including break down maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting maintenance.
∎ To supervise all maintenance staff to ensure that they carry out their duties effectively
∎ Regularly review all working practices, procedures & equipment to ensure that they are most efficient & effective
∎ Need to pursue all electrical and mechanical works for operation and maintenance of power equipment like Sub- Station, AVR, Industrials UPS, ATS, Electrical panel board etc.
∎ Need to pursue operation and maintenance of Air Conditioner (AC), Fire Fighting system.
∎ To maintain audit related documents like ACCORD, Alliance and others for electrical safety, fire safety and building safety related issues.
∎ Working Experience in Hydraulic & Pneumatic system.
∎ All records have to be documented and maintained.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Should be able to work on Auto CAD, excel, Power Point, and Words docs efficiently.
