Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum B.Sc in Engineering in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Electrical Maintenance, Engineering Maintenance, Installation and Maintenance, mechanical maintenance, Operation & Maintenance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishment of Mechanical, Electrical, Safety & other utilities at factory.
∎ Monitor maintenance operations and trigger corrective actions
∎ Inspecting facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
∎ Preparing weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work
∎ Recruiting, supervising and training maintenance engineers & technicians
∎ Ensure all compliance for factory as per high standard EHS regulations and practices on site.
∎ Participate in coordination of projects (constructions & new establishments)
∎ Conduct preventative maintenance work, conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work & safety inspections as scheduled.
∎ Stay up to date with latest policies, management best practices and concepts
∎ Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
∎ Maintain all inventory and equipment, and ensure proper storage.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Proven experience in leading a large maintenance team in any reputed factory.
∎ Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment & machineries.
∎ Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and presentations.
∎ The ability to multitask.
∎ Outstanding time management skills.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Effective communication skills.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate people.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good in planning and team player.
Salary: Negotiable
