Job Context:
∎ BRAC University (BRACU) invites applications for an exceptional, experienced professional to join as Head of Maintenance. The Head has the overall responsibility for providing smooth maintenance and services of the university buildings an expert maintenance team will be leaded and coordination with all other cross functional administrative team to fulfil the requirement of quality services by this Position. The person will ensure effective liaison with internal and external stakeholders, capacity building of maintenance team and ensure future development plan.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reporting to the Director Operations, Head of Maintenance is accountable for providing & ensuring smooth maintenance and services of the university building. Develop and implement maintenance and service related operation strategy to ensure the efficient functioning of the building and its systems.
Additional Requirements:
∎ To be successful in this role, you should have practical experiences, seasoned professional in Operations & Maintenance of various types electro-mechanical item as like as HVAC, MEP, generator, sub-station, lift, escalator etc. in a large factory environment or commercial building. Hands on operational experiences about efficient maintenance management system with engineering background preferred min 10 years worked in a big/well reputed organization. Additionally, you should have experience managing a team and be able to motivate and inspire others to the delivery of high-quality services.
