Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Engineer from any reputed University with good academic background.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement commercial strategies targeting light commercial requirement
∎ Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans
∎ Project Channel: Understand the requirements of customers and design solution independently to ensure their needs are being met
∎ Product Channel: Capable to establish product distribution channel to the entire country
∎ Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, design, project monitoring & estimation, accounts etc.)
∎ Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing)
∎ Monitor performance of commercial activities using KPI and prepare reports for the Directors
∎ To accelerate the expected growth in addition to providing support to the Business Development Director with respect to the strategic planning and management of a rapidly expanding business.
∎ Establish, lead and manage the overall Commercial Distributor management and the Commercial partner sales infrastructure, include :
∎ Ownership of Channel partner overall relationship
∎ Channel partner business & finance discussion
∎ Stakeholder management of partner senior management
∎ Bridge between the Channel partner & internal Tritech team
∎ Conflict management between Channel partners & own team (if necessary)
∎ Responsible for managing, leading and motivating the Distributors & partners to achieve the monthly, quarterly and yearly targets
∎ Build the tools, processes and infrastructure required to support the growing needs of the business
∎ Plan and identify potential qualified new General Channel partners for the business. Build a strong Channel partners sales team by coaching and developing and creating training programs that will help to build an effective organization that mirrors the Tritech Inside/Outside models & values
∎ Apply effective strategic channel management with appointed Distributors to develop & identify new opportunities & to maintain/support existing large customers/accounts.
∎ Development of current partners, End-User account management, funnel review, market pricing checkpoint
∎ Focus and manage top 03 priorities from each distributor to ensure their performance base evaluation
∎ Methodology & process development
∎ Manage the partner's Sales personnel on identifying gaps in selling skill, product knowledge and product positioning.
∎ Sales enablement on Partner Sales & Presales personnel - mainly in the area of Product training, positioning, competition.
∎ Country-wide network management and arranging face to face meetings, seminars to promote Tritech products
∎ Budget, estimates, YTD/FYE/ROY finance management - weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the HVAC industry.
∎ Proven hands-on HVAC design and estimate experience in light commercial AC requirement.
∎ Self-starter and work independently without much direct supervision to achieve target.
∎ Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
