Job Responsibilities:
∎ a) HR/Personnel Policy
∎ 1) To advise and assist the management in the formulation of the Company's HR/ Personnel Policy.
∎ 2) To ensure that the Company's HR/ Personnel Policy is effectively carried out throughout the organization in a uniform manner.
∎ b) Industrial Relations
∎ 1) To promote healthy labor management practices.
∎ 2) To ensure fulfillment on the part of the Management of obligations statutory or otherwise, concerning the application of existing labor laws and the rules made thereunder.
∎ c) Employment
∎ 1) To develop and maintain procedures for the recruitment of personnel in accordance with the budgets and programs laid down by the management.
∎ 2) To determine, in consultation with the management, the terms and conditions of employment from time to time.
∎ d) Management Development & Training
∎ 1) To oversee and conduct Management Development Programs/Training Programs
∎ 2) To recommend specific training for improvement of employee's ability to perform on the job, increasing skills & knowledge and changing attitude/ social behavior based on TNA through periodical Performance Appraisal/Review.
∎ e) Employee Service
∎ 1) To organize, with employees' cooperation, an annual picnic or other recreational activities for the workers and management staff.
∎ 2) To ensure the provision of amenities such as a canteen, adequate latrine facilities, drinking water, etc.
∎ 3) To look after Employee's Group Insurance and staff welfare
∎ f) Salary & Wages Administration
∎ 1) To assist the Accounts Department in the preparation of salary & wages and to keep up-to-date salary & wages records.
∎ 2) To assist the management in reviewing the salary & wages of officers & workers through performance management as per Company policy.
∎ g) General Service
∎ 1) To communicate to all Departments the operative rules and regulations of the Company and amendments and additions thereto from time to time
∎ 2) To look after the protocol, security service, and Mosque management
∎ 3) To be responsible for all employee disciplinary actions.
∎ 4) To provide direction, operate, and implement the right track of corporate office/ factory/projects outside of own area of expertise and responsibilities.
∎ h) Authority in decision making
∎ 1) The Job holder has complete authority to take different types of actions according to the gravity of the offense in the field of employee disciplinary management system except for the separation of employment,
∎ i) Operating Limitation
∎ 1) Interact with the Hon'ble Chairman for advisory functions regarding HR/ Personnel management.
∎ 2) Interact with Government authorities responsible for administering industrial relations and implementation of labor laws, outside business organizations, Employers' Federation, etc. for collection of statistics/ information/ wages surveys in the field of industrial relations, etc.

∎ Age 40 to 45 years
