∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Installation/ Erection, Planning and monitoring, Team building and leading

∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Electrical Engineering, Head of Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop & implement equipment maintenance strategy for Production & Utility equipment's.
∎ Resolve unplanned downtime activities and ensure planned preventative/predictive maintenance and overhaul activities are completed to minimize unscheduled downtime and ensure high utilization of department resources including all Production & Utility equipment's.
∎ Maintenance cost reduced by developing spare parts at the company workshop as well as local which was earlier purchase from foreign.
∎ Design & develop different machineries with some automation, modification & re-activation.
∎ Leading the engineering team to develop packaging processing factories as per international standard.
∎ Installation & commissioning works of various packaging processing line under various organization.
∎ Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally to assist the team to solve operational issues (Production/Quality/Supply Chain/Finance/HR) for smooth functioning of the entire unit.
∎ Follow up the production process and recommended to improve productivity (i.e., Yield improvement of raw & packing material)
∎ Monitoring, control & reduce of energy uses at different equipment.
∎ Manage spare & consumables inventory management including vendor & supplier negotiation
∎ Design, drawing and supervision work of new project (including all Utilities and Production Equipment’s & Process development)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years experience required as Head of Department in any reputed industry.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
