Responsibilities & Context:
∎ MAKS DRUG LIMITED is a promising pharmaceutical company in Bangladesh for manufacturing and marketing quality medicines. To support and strengthen our sales team we are looking for smart, ambitious, energetic, intelligent and committed individuals for the position.
∎ ∎ To supervise and monitor the day-to-day activities of all Depot Offices in respect of distribution of medicines to the Customers and collection throughout the country.
∎ ∎ To check and monitor the Check List of the Reports from the Depots.
∎ ∎ To submit daily and monthly Sales and Return report to the management.
∎ ∎ To ensure that Sales Proceeds must be deposited in the Bank.
∎ ∎ To control and monitor Petty Cash Expenses of the Depots.
∎ ∎ To check monthly Route Plan, make suggestion and approve the same to ensure the deliveries at right time at right place.
∎ ∎ To check and monitor Distribution Cost monthly and cumulatively and to take effective measures to reduce cost whenever it is possible.
∎ ∎ To oversee and reconcile finished and promotional materials stocks.
∎ ∎ To review and analyze Job Description of Employees under Distribution Department and to Coordinate with HR Department for effective implementation.
∎ ∎ To control and monitor of all Delivery Logistics/Transport under distribution department with the help of Depot In-charge.
∎ ∎ To keep update of House Rent of Depot, Drug License, Trade License, Fire License etc. as per regulatory affairs.
∎ ∎ To monitor ERP effectively with the support of IT Department.
∎ ∎ To visit Depots time to time and to provide administrative support in execution of Operations of the Depots.
∎ ∎ To prepare and submit Annual Performance Evaluation Repot of the employees under Distribution Department.
∎ ∎ To take initiative alongwith Admin Department when any legal issue arises related to Depot or Depot personnel.
