Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To conduct classes of basic training for newly recruited sales colleagues (SE/SSE)·
∎ To conduct refreshers training for existing field forces of all business units.
∎ To prepare and update the presentation slides and training modules, handouts of all the relevant topics.
∎ To prepare & evaluate the exam papers and compiling the results from time to time.
∎ To prepare & coordinate training plans of the assigned sales department.
∎ To maintain relevant documents/records of training and development events.
∎ To perform any other job assigned by the supervisor.
