Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ MBA in Marketing will be an additional advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure nationwide smooth distribution & customer service through depots.
∎ Monitor the inventory level and allocate stock for all depots to meet up uninterrupted product supply to the customer.
∎ Develop integrated invoicing software and implement the business policy.
∎ Facility selection for set up new depot.
∎ Prepare SOPs for Distribution Department.
∎ Develop self-monitoring system to reduce distribution cost and minimize return.
∎ Co-ordination with Sales, Finance & Accounts, Marketing and Production Department.
∎ Reconcile national sales proceeds & stock and maintain it without any deviation.
∎ Develop various reports for Sales, Marketing, Finance &Accounts and Distribution Dept.
∎ Prepare yearly budget for Distribution Dept.
∎ Stores & Inventory management.
∎ Prepare route plan & priority set up for supply product to the customer.
∎ Submit monthly/weekly requisition of product and maintain minimum stock level.
∎ Visit different market for the justification of delivery cost.
∎ Co-ordination with Sales & Distribution Dept.
∎ Responsible for the depot administration and maintenance of depot assets & vehicles.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years experience as as head of distribution.
Salary: Negotiable

∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
