Job Context:
∎ We are inviting application from only eligible who has 10-12 years work experienced with similar job in a reputed Architectural Farm / Real Estate Company.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designs projects and review architectural or engineering plans, specifications and contract documents to ensure compliance with government codes, laws and regulations.
∎ Responsible to coordinate with different consultant (Architect, Structural& MEP) for fool-proofing the integrated final design and drawing.
∎ Coordination, liaison and meeting with the project consultant.
∎ Assess potential projects for feasibility by researching and analyzing associated technology, design requirements, governmental regulations, and market demand.
∎ Meeting and making design presentation to client if required.
∎ Prepares and/or review preliminary designs, working drawings, specifications and cost estimates related to the project.
∎ Researches literature and maintain knowledge of current building materials, structural, mechanical and electrical systems codes and methods of application.
∎ Reviews Subcontractors shop drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and contract agreements by checking them for technical accuracy according to accepted guidelines.
∎ Provide finish selections including color palettes, carpet and wall finishes, lighting and other various interior selections.
∎ To liaise, where appropriate, with members of other associated organizations or companies.
∎ To assist where required in the co-ordination of our internal design team.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Need sound knowledge about computer applications.
∎ He should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Capable to serve under pressure.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
Salary:
∎ Lucrative salary & compensation packages will be provided as remuneration.
