Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are hiring a Head of CRM for a reputed FMCG/Retail company.
∎ Role: The role of the CRM Lead is to oversee all CRM functions, building the business’s overall consumer management capability in order to provide a high level of service and excellent consumer experience and capture data across all key touch-points of the business.
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ • Identify the customer lifecycle and purchase behavior.
∎ • Implement strategies for increasing customer engagement through different loyalty, the partnership program
∎ • Customer slab identifies and retargets by using previous purchase history.
∎ • To identify segment-specific needs of the customers from the database.
∎ • Implement strategies for increasing customer engagement through different loyalty, the partnership program
∎ • Implement segment-specific point-based programs and campaigns
∎ • Coordinate with the relevant team to ensure regular ATL/BTL communication to drive customers’ awareness of the loyalty program.
∎ • Analyze the performance of loyalty partnership programs, and campaigns and share the findings with management as required.
∎ • Preparer report & track progress on churn customer call, customer reactivation, purchase frequency, basket size and their contribution.
