Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any Public University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Construction related all functions in various buildings and land projects of the company.
∎ Ensure quality of construction.
∎ Maintain required progress of work and ensuring completion of project in time.
∎ Budgeting and Estimating, proper budget application to projects and cost control.
∎ Management of Project sites by coordinating between Management and Project sites.
∎ Coordination with design and engineering consultants for effective implementation of the projects.
∎ Preparation and implementation of project schedule as per targets set by Management.
∎ Overseeing Supply Chain Management.
∎ Ensure quality works and quality product 10. Authentication/certification of bills.
∎ Other duties and projects relating to Construction Management as assigned by the Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Real Estate Sector, Maintenance & Project Management
∎ Needs to be Self-driven & Proactive.
∎ Experience of working in reputed real estate companies
Salary: Tk. 150000 (Monthly)
