Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Civil / Mechanical Engineering from renowned public or private University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent to be responsible for:
∎ Supervise construction works at regular intervals to ensure timely completion with proper quality, standard, and consistent working drawings.
∎ Plan and monitor the proper progress of the projects and take action plans depending on the requirements.
∎ Coordinate with team members (Architect, Structural Engineers, Plumbing Engineers, Electrical Engineers, etc.) and provide necessary guidance on the project issues.
∎ Communicate policy guidelines to the members of the project.
∎ Prepare method statements of all the works/jobs with specifications of all the constituent items (materials, plants, tools, etc.)
∎ Provide safety guidelines to all the workers, and contractors; supervise the staff of the projects; and take proper measures to ensure safety.
∎ Coordinate with project personnel and contractors to address operational issues and solve them proactively.
∎ Prepare tender and costing with rate analysis.
∎ Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Conditions age may be relaxed for most deserving/qualified candidates.
∎ Experience in the relevant field will be preferred.
∎ Should be self motivated, dynamic leadership, negotiation, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Should have the good knowledge of STAADPro, ETABS, TEKLA & Auto CAD etc.
∎ Have expertise in estimation and tender preparation.
∎ Good communication skill and fluent in English.
∎ Relevant experience in the Developer Company in Civil Engineer.
∎ Knowledge on civil design and Bangladesh National Building Code.
