∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS),
∎ Bachelor / Master degree from any reputed university, preferably in science background.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement business strategies to meet company's objectives.
∎ Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures.
∎ Manage budgeting, financial performance, and cost optimization, along with effective short term & long-term action plan.
∎ Oversee business operations, ensuring efficient processes and excellent customer experiences.
∎ Ensure effective resource allocation and utilization.
∎ Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver products/services on time and within budget.
∎ Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
∎ Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within teams.
∎ Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the organic nutritional/ medicinal food sector to drive business expansion.
∎ Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the team to ensure high performance.
∎ Frequent field visit & Building relationship with valued Physicians, nutritionists & other relevant professionals and customers.
∎ Represent the company in external events, conferences, and industry forums.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 10 years in similar industry.
∎ Sound knowledge about nutritional/pharmaceuticals markets.
∎ Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving financial targets.
∎ Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
∎ Strategic thinker with the ability to capitalize on market opportunities.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office use
