Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with chairman and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation
∎ Plan and implement operational modules throughout organization
∎ Assign, schedule, coach, counsel and discipline employees
∎ Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions
∎ Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolve problems.
∎ Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
∎ Accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed
∎ Responsible for all department managers and supervisors, with review/approval responsibility for all operations employees
∎ Manage relationships with key operations vendors/Client/Agent
∎ Track vendor pricing, rebates and service levels
∎ Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment
∎ Communicate all operating policies and/or issues at department meetings
∎ Maintain confidentiality of Company information and documents strictly and sincerely.
∎ Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to management on ongoing activities and issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Good interpersonal and analytical skills.
∎ International agent handling Skills.
∎ The candidate has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
