∎ Skills Required: Construction site, Should have knowledge of Govt. tender process, Tender bidding, Tender Documents, Tender marketing, Tender Preparation, Tender Processing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 20 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Analytical Skill, Business Analysis, Business Development, Business Negotiation, Construction engineering, EGP Tendering Expert, Should have knowledge of Govt. tender process, Tender bidding, Tender Preparation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous body, Real Estate, Engineering Firms
Job Context:
∎ Application from eligible candidates who has minimum 15 to 20 years experience with similar job (Construction Marketing / Business Development) in similar industry (Construction / Real Estate).
∎ This is full time permanent post and must be able to perform the given job responsibilities.
∎ Professional, mentally and physically sound conditions are required to apply for that post.
∎ Retired personal govt. field on the subject may apply for the post.
∎ Applicants must fulfill the selection criteria.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Continually identifies builds and develops new Construction business procurement opportunity in Private and Govt. sectors.
∎ Identifies and evaluates new markets and partnership opportunities through direct prospecting, networking, attendance and participation with various industry and professional groups and networking associations.
∎ Provide, check and expertise and direction for the Tender documents /bid preparation
∎ Defines and implements strategic plans to successfully achieve opportunities within the targeted market segment.
∎ Through knowledge about value proposition development, pricing strategy and communications strategy development and negotiation skills.
∎ Motivates others and provides leadership to accomplish team goals without having direct authority over team members.
∎ Sound knowledge about EGP (Electronic Government Procurement) system.
∎ Sound knowledge about all kinds of Government and Private construction Tender & Bidding procedure.
∎ Identify and develop relationships with industry professionals to generate new business opportunities.
∎ Negotiate contracts with procurement entity to reach profitable agreements.
∎ Submit tender & liaison with various Government offices, Ministry and Private organization.
∎ Analyze, manage and mitigate risks. Perform special assignment from Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Need sound knowledge about computer applications.
∎ He should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Capable to serve under pressure.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
