Responsibilities & Context:
Department: Application Processing Dept.
Location: Head office , Panthapath, Dhaka
Reports To: CEO
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately review, prepare, and submit student applications to international universities and colleges.
All documents should be included to Agentcis.
Verify academic documents, transcripts, test scores, and other application materials for completeness and compliance with university requirements.
Coordinate with students to collect missing or additional documents.
Track application progress, maintain up-to-date records in the CRM or admissions software, and provide regular updates to counselors and students.
Communicate with university admissions teams to resolve issues and follow up on application statuses.
Maintain an understanding of admission requirements, deadlines, and processes for various countries and institutions.
Assist with offer letter processing, acceptance confirmations, and pre-departure documentation.
Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with institutional policies and international regulations.
Ensure all email communications are reviewed and responded to promptly and appropriately along with informing to student if required.
Endorse legal necessary documents with students application in different Universities of world.
Always study applications requirements of different or approved universities in the worlds.
