Air Freight, Freight Forwarding
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Define, implement and execute Air Freight business development and pricing/tariff strategies to maximize profits.
∎ Coordinates all transnational operations (Export and Customs activities), adhering to regulations and internal procedures.
∎ Ensures all Operations teams meet customer requirements and takes corrective actions in case of deviations from requirements.
∎ Provides guidelines to Export team to ensure transactional operations are consistent with group business strategy and compliant with the local business environment.
∎ Develops a high-performance service culture within the Air Export Departments.
∎ Ensures realization of budgetary performance by setting and monitoring clear objectives.
∎ Develop and mentor team members on an ongoing basis. Manage employee performance issues including evaluations, discipline, and employment separation decisions.
∎ Ensures performance meets for overall business needs at local and global level.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years of solid experience in Air Freight Forwarding market in Bangladesh.
∎ Must have high level of relationship with the Airlines/ Carriers.
∎ Presentable with good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Need solid understanding of operation across multiple modes.
Salary: Negotiable
