Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet and assist customers in the store, providing information on mobile phones and accessories.
∎ Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
∎ Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
∎ Handle sales transactions and process payments accurately.
∎ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest mobile phone models and accessories.
∎ Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked.
∎ Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
∎ Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
